Hers Raters Cambridge MA

The City of Cambridge voted in favor of adopting the Stretch Energy Code on 12/21/09. The Stretch Energy Code went into effect 7/1/2010. New construction homes in the city of Cambridge will now need to achieve a Hers Rating of 55.
