Our model home in Harris Pond Village is open every weekend Saturdays and Sundays. Just in case you are having a hard time finding your way to our open house in Blackstone, Massachusetts, here’s a little picture tour of our model home(The Pond View) for your viewing pleasure.

Our Pond View model sports an open flowing first floor layout, while still defining key rooms. A gas fireplace with mantle pulls the spacious living room together. Gas fireplace, A style mantle, and hardwood floors come standard in the living room in our Pond View model.

In 2015, Blackstone Millville Regional High School continued producing solid numbers in Statewide performance according to schooldigger.com the school ranked better than 73.7% of high schools in Massachusetts. Blackstone Millville Regional High School has been equally impressive in MCAS testing ranking 79th out of 291 schools in the state in 2015. The schools MCAS scores have been on a steady rise for the past decade and look poised for continued growth.
