Our Pond View model sports an open flowing first floor layout, while still defining key rooms. A gas fireplace with mantle pulls the spacious living room together. Gas fireplace, A style mantle, and hardwood floors come standard in the living room in our Pond View model.

All of our homes including The Pond View comes standard with a designer stainless steel appliance package that includes range, dishwasher, and microwave. Our stainless steel appliance package is paired with granite countertops and your choice of cabinetry.
The Dining Room
An abundance of natural light brings life to the Pond View dining room. Energy star rated windows make sure you can enjoy the natural light without a draft. Custom molding pulls the room together adding a finishing touch of style to your formal dining room.
The Study/Office
Tucked away in the front of the house away from all the commotion, we’ve added a small office/study to afford you the privacy to get down to business and focus on the task at hand.
